Shipping policy

Crystal Harmony Co. is a small, independently operated business. Each order is personally prepared and packaged with care.

Processing Time: Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Processing may take longer during busy sales or large restocks.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination.

Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the package and selected shipping option. 

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please understand that delivery times may vary once packages are in the carrier’s possession.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility and Damaged Packages: Once an order has been transferred to USPS or UPS, the shipping carrier is responsible for handling and transporting the package. Any damage, loss, or delivery issues occurring during transit should be reported to the shipping carrier, and claims should be filed directly with USPS or UPS, as applicable.

Crystal Harmony Co. carefully packages every order to help ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order number. We are happy to assist with information needed for carrier claim.
